what i know works; load an early save file from the game prior to buying the property, in this save file, drive up to the cab company, make another save file, load this save file then buy the property, blow yourself up with c4, if you respawn wait 20-30 seconds just walk around, if you don't get a call blow yourself up again and do that a total of 3 times. if after the third time you still don't get a call, reload the save file either after buying it or again prior to buying it. I recommend making a few save files before buying it just incase an autosave overwrites another. ofc make 2/3 save files after buying it as well to be sure

Franklin can own the downtown cab co or at least a part of it. I don’t know the details but after several fares, a high ranking vip should call in and your dispatcher will tell you to pick them up and do your thing. I believe this one is all about how quick you can get them to their destination.

do the weekly time trials, and then do one FIB file, the one that pays most, one bounty, the red one that pays most, one salvage yard robbery, the one that pays most. Sometimes I'll throw in a Union Depository contract.
and then get to do some of the more "grinding" kind of shit, but not too much because I hate grinding, so I'll prefer to do a Cayo or a Dre contract...
All that will shield about 5M profit
