• sub approach west bank, get grappling hook and cutters and get airport secondaries
• steal boat go to drain
• go in, get the key from a guard, enter the bottom gate and get the primary target
• leave out that gate, scale the wall jump in ocean and swim away

i dont bother with the airport secondaires because i have 2 keycards and get the gold in the compound

but since u wil lbe solo, airport will be the way to go

You don't have to hold down your mouse button. Those keys drastically change the way you fly. It's very old so it might say unknown but it should direct you to a video with far superior flight controls.

I do, yeah. It's a bit of a hot take but the nightclub gets you profit even at its entry level just as long as you don't swap DJs - it's the only expense which is optional so you don't even have to do it. Of course adding anything underground will only improve profits but I never believed it was necessary to get all 5 especially if you don't plan on using them. I have 3 which I want to use.

Beyond that, it just depends on what you want to do. I'm not familiar with anything else that's completely passive but there are things I enjoy that don't cost me any more past the purchase.

MCs aren't really passive. Yes you're able to spend as little time on it but at the cost of paying for something you can do for free. I believe it's the same with bunker. The only thing I believe fits the criteria is acid but I never bothered getting it so I don't know all the details.

Doing supply runs can be done at no additional cost. I don't fully understand the thinking behind that to be honest. It takes time yes but I'd rather do the thing I enjoy rather than fast tracking supplies but that's just me.

You also don't want to fully fill the business. Raids can happen. What I do is do one steal mission so I can guarantee up to two delivery vehicles. The fact I don't pay to keep the business going means everything I make is profit.

If you do choose to fully fill the mcs just keep in mind how many sell vehicles you're gonna get. I'd hate for you to be unable to deliver 4 if you're solo.
Then again that's if you choose mcs at all. For what you're after, you may not even need it.

a way i would suggest maximixing is say you get on, do a cayo, now youre on a hour cooldown, so go do the other hour cooldown shit first, get a cheap 200k+, then do the collectables

ok the Chicken Hawk hunt took a bit too long, probably about 10-15 extra minutes, but in 57 minutes made 989,215$ just doing the tags/animals/bike/mixed goods/ammunation/treasure, didnt even go to Cayo to do staches or treasure there, and didnt do the Smoke on the water Weed, so this is roughly 1mil for less than an hour of work that you can do every day, its literally just a cheesy way to make a mil as soon as you log on, or before you log off. I am uploading the video now and will DM it to you.

Oh yeah, something I forgot to mention because it’s something I don’t have to think about. Even if you’re able to use the iron mule and do all 4, you are going to have to take the expenses into consideration. I don’t know for sure but I think it’s safe to assume that you need to upgrade some of these businesses otherwise you’ll be at a net loss where your expenses exceed the profits.

Nightclub should also be on that list although depending on what you’re looking for after what soulless suggested but definitely before buying stuff for the underground space. It’s basically infinite money and as long as you don’t pay the optional expense of swapping DJs, everything will basically be profit.

Military base would be the quickest because it basically sits centralized on the map going from north to south. They all do the exact same thing so the cheapest should work.

the cheapest military base will also spawn personal vehicles onto the road/parkign lot NEAR you, as opposed to the other 2 that spawn it in the fckin swamp

If you plan to just leave it alone afterwards, I don't know why you'd even get it in the first place. Bonus is nice but once it's over, letting it collect dust just feels like wasted potential. There are plenty of ways to make money - surely you wouldn't miss out on anything.

few things:

• it has the appearance tab not greyed out, but it wont change, so you cnat change clothes
• its still not that bad, just getting both characters through drainage took a little bit more time
• stupid longfin disappears though when you leave compound so its still a swim
• total stealth means they wont ever see you anyways so you can just swim on top

so, thanks for the suggestion, because it gave me a new way to do this, and longfin is less annoying to get than the sub approach

Hey pros ; i just want to point out that you can make 70k every 2-4minute with car wash buisness Money Laundering missions , using the flying Opressor , if you get blockade mission just find new invite only session , all other missions takes 2-4minutes and u can spam it with no cooldown !

• Edit: small tip , do not take the money from dafflebag if u have mission complete on screen , it can cause a transaction error and u lose the dafflebag money , wait for the mission complete to be gone then take the money

adapt... for this very reason, I use mostly regular ammo, the special ammo is reserved for very few ocations, like the explosive sniper or the shotgun, I don't use it often, only when I really think it will be the most efficient way, like taking down a vehicle, if it's far away, sniper, if it's close counter, shotgun.
