I take the extra few seconds to spawn my mk2 in every time I do the tow truck missions. Leave the area and come back after losing the police, profit every time.

The nightclub does provide an infinite source of income regardless of any upgrades but I can't say the agency interests me enough to get one. The legal work feels like something I'd enjoy though.

i hit the agency at the right time, it was on a massive event when i came back after some time off, the payphone hits were still 80k every 20 minutes, and the security contracts were on double money so 5 minutes of wok was over 100k, it was actually pretty easy to grind up the 200.

If you're jumping into the water after exiting from the compound, you should learn where/how to wheelie the bike and land close to a particular triangle of mines. Then, you don't need to swim more than 2-3 sec.

It's pretty easy to sneak out on any approach without exit disguises. Just sometimes if the 2nd guy in the room next to the staff lobby is looking your way, you need to melee him and have to be careful that someone in the staff lobby doesn't see/hear you. Or, go around past the laundry room area.

first of all you gotta own a toreador, then you remove the doors and drop it in the water, waterlog it, then you boost it out of the water while using the submarine mode, then you switch to car mode, you can still drive it but not destroy it with explosions any more
