When you reach do the union depository heist that gives over 30m don't spend it and choose the option to kill Michael (invest all money into merryweather stock) and it will go up by up to 250%
Then you do the same with the Lester assassinations
You invest in a specific stock before the mission then do it and then the stock goes up and sell and repeat with the rest of the mission
You should watch a yt vid in thar
But you need to wait till the end of the Game to get over a billion
