On your way to LSIA to pick up the cop chopper, you can go through the parking, the bank manager is already sitting on his car like a bot, you can then drive off any car next to his, just don't touch him or do anything to him as the mission will fail, and then you have him isolated in his parking spot, then you go to LSIA, come back with the chopper and scan him no problem

Whats the difference between Gta enhanced and legacy (Im assuming its the gta launcher you use) And can those 2 types play together?

And they can't play together, Legacy and Enhanced are basically separate games

The ones on the deluxo should have better tracking yes but I find that if you're behind your targets, you could hit them and even if you don't that's when you can go back around for another pass. 20 is honestly more than enough to clear a space, land and respawn it - though spawn locations can be a nightmare especially at the ports.
