it;s not like the cargobob where you can drag the hook from the back, you have to approach with the hook at the height of the vehicle and lower it into about the middle (exactl hook point depends on each vehicle)
it can sometimes still take me as long as a minute to hook some stuff

you can afk at the train bridge to port for longfin approach setup
you can grab plasma cutter while on opressor mk2, no need to get down
if you kill first guard by first shooting door and then him
no alert will trigger, then just kill first 3 guards on the left, turn around, kill other 3 fast, no alarm, helis will still spawn (weapons setup)
