I used to do the roof way, but it's too complicated, a little mistake and you fall, the other way is much easier, you go left from maintenance pool as you exit, up the stairs, then you run sticking to the right wall across the pool on the left where the two guards are speaking, then jump on the ledge near the small stairs and wait till the guard on the front of office building goes to his left towards the main entrance gate then you go pass him, I generally will kill the guard that is near the stairs to the office, and the other one that is in the middle, one of them will have gate keys, if not, I go down the elevator
