do some other activities, you can also try to leverage all the free stuff the game gives you to get you started if you have criminal starter pack

do the different activities like treasure hunt, ship wrecks, the slasher, maude bounty hunts, do the different challenges after getting those special weapons (navy revolver, the golden revolver, the stone hatchet)
Do first dose for Dax, and as soon as you're at the freakshop start doing the fooligan'z job as you'll have to do 10 of those to be able to upgrade the lab

all that basic stuff, which can take you a weekend of grinding, will get you set up with enough money, do another one or two cluckin bell raids and you already have money to buy kosatka, do the heist, pocket more money, etc etc.

take free stuff, like duke o' death, which is a great car for missions and costs 0$

also the frogger helicopter is free and can be requested from pegasus until you have enough money to buy sparrow

its not an area specific spawn so you should be able to see it pretty much immediately once you spawn in

if you aren't aware gtao has spawnsets, i.e. specific sets of cars that load into each session and it is random to a degree which set you get
in addition to that cars from spawnsets can have a particular area they load into
but common cars will spawn everywhere within LS, and the ruiner is one of those

Like someone said, there are criteria that needs to be met before a raid could happen but I never actually use mine so I can’t test it for myself. The safest bet is to not fill it up all the way. (There are exact numbers but I couldn’t be bothered to look it up)

I think they did it on purpose that on some missions, like the Titan, to get out of the weapon view you need long F and it's very easy to mistakenly press short F and bail the fuck out and fail the mission, I think that's why F, it's for "failure"

it's between where the sparrow is parked and the helm where the console is, you'll see an icon of it in the map
