That's the risk when selling in public sessions. Going ghost org seems to be the go to strategy but there is a time limit and anyone who pays attention to their surroundings rather than radar will still see you.

hiding the weapons doesn't mean they won't get full when buying all ammo

it only means you won't see them in the weapons wheel, but they're still there in your inventory and will get replenished when buying all ammo if it's not full yet

two options, never use them, hide them in locker, then when buying all ammo they're already full and won't refill, or, waste them all, and never buy again, this way they will never show in the wheel even if not hidden in locker
