Very much so. Nightclub is as consistent as they come. Do a vip delivery or troublemaker mission whenever they spawn and avoid swapping DJs and you realize every dollar you make is profit.

Heists are by far the best way to make money but they never interested me enough. Combine that with how I dislike spending money to make money and I just avoid it altogether. If you want to do heists that’s fine but it is generally bad financial advice to hold off on getting an infinite source of income as soon as possible. You are more than welcome to buy heist properties before nightclub but do not wait until after you spent loads of money on nightclub compatible businesses before getting one.

Start with the first upgrade, then staff then security later.

TGG also shows the cost of warehouse techs aswell plus the hourly breakdown of each product.

Cocaine and Pharmaceutical fill up the fastest so i would suggest when you start your club house after your nightclub and get more money i’d buy a Cocaine and Meth Lab right away.. When you buy them, Do the set up mission for them and forget about them. Nightclub Techs will passively occur product from those MC Businesses whether you supply them or not.
