You are given the option to swap DJs at the nightclub but if you’re willing to do the work and do the troublemaker and vip missions, you realize that every dollar you make is profit and there isn’t much need to sell a whole lot at once. (Unless there’s something time sensitive you want to buy)

Hangar takes a lot of work but you can operate it at no additional cost so every dollar you make is profit as long as you’re willing to do the work. It’s just my personal preference but I do not like spending money to make money so I never actually sourced a single crate for the warehouse aside from a the startup mission.

Also you probably wouldn’t want to buy something just because of discounts either. Salvage contracts never interested me but I enjoy putting in the work so I got it solely for tow truck work which again, doesn’t cost me anything. Make a decision based on what you want to do.
