There was an easy way to do it storing a Stromberg inside your Avenger flying high above the Aircraft Carrier then exit the Avenger inside the Stromberg and falling direct into the carrier The anti air measures wouldn't be able to hit you then you could just get a business good and leave the carrier with the Stromberg underwater mode

It was removed because there’s a the avengers missions from the San Andreas mercenaries DLC (one of the worst DLC for multiple reasons) where you have to go to the aircraft carrier in freeroam as well and that would cause a lot of problems if both of them were active at the same time.
The enemies and ship itself are coded completely different in the mission and business battle.
That’s why rockstar removed the business battle, it would’ve been better if they just cut that mission instead.
