Nightclub generates infinite income. You always profit no matter how many underground businesses you have as long as you don’t pay to swap DJs. I got three underground - two mcs I actually want to do and ceo crates that was just collecting dust until I added it to my club.

I have a salvage yard in Paleto because I don’t intend on doing any of the contracts and only tow cars.

I customize a motorbike whenever one comes in (I can’t stand KDJ and Sessanta so I chose not to customize cars)

And I try and make time for hangar and mc stock as they can all be done for free.

Mark 1 is supposed to only be used for fun if you know how to control it. The $8 million price tag could be made with 8 or 9 cayos and that’s starting from 0. Realistically you already have something in the bank so that number should be more like 4 or 5 realistically.
