I’ve heard you are able to “trade in” properties and then getting a “refund” for the amount the old one is worth.. but when I try and do the trade in, my new garage doesn’t appear on the trade in list, why is that? The contracts aren’t but I’ve never done them. They don’t interest me enough. Tow truck operations also isn’t “passive” per se but as long as you’re willing to do the work and not blow yourself up when you get a longer mission, you can only profit.

A tip if you need it: The owner never shows unless you wait and the police don’t seize the truck so I always have something spawned just in case they are called. Takes a little extra time but I’m happy as long as I don’t have to pay for anything unnecessary.
