don't forget an automatic weapon you can use within cars, like AP pistol, mini/micro SMG, tactical SMG (this last one is the best of all options, actually) I only silence the SMG I use in cars when in need for stealth, if I'm detected, I switch to a bigger gun and I don't care about the noise... silencer slightly decreases damage, accuracy, range, so I prefer most weapons non silenced, only a smg and a pistol.
Sometimes I also carry two sniper rifles, heavy MK2 with eventually special ammo like explosives and a regular, silenced sniper rifle for cases when I want to snipe silently
