in order to make the most money you have to sell top tier cars. and to get those you have to have 10 of each tier in your warhouse in order to only get top tier cars. i am not a warhouse expert and i recommend watching a guide on it

You can take things slow, dive a car to destination instead of helicopter or flying bike all the time. Enjoy the view, thrill and environment. Listen to npc as they might have funny stories, do things in a way you wouldn't do when grinding. Aim for experience, not the paycheck you get.
