Any tips for completing clucking bell farm raid under 45 minutes?

I SUCK at driving. I've tried with the Hakuchou Drag but I don't get how to drive that bike and I crash all the time, losing a lot of time. I've also tried with the vigilante but I can't do it.

My best time is 46:48 minutes and usually takes me between 48 and 49 minutes. So I'm not that far from the goal.

My worst mission (in time) is always the one with the Terrorbyte, the laptop and the train.

Been playing for 6 years now and I simply suck at driving any land vehicle. After 6 years I don't think practice is going to make me any better.

Nightclub guarantees profit no matter what you do. It’s a slower process without anything added but as long as you don’t pay to swap DJs, there literally aren’t any expenses to running the club. Even if you fail the sell mission, the technician will always continue to source until you tell them to stop.
And finally, renovations can be done at any time so if you want to add more later, you can.

I just believe it’s wise to secure an infinite source of income that sits on top of anything you want to do proactively.

go to gtabase site and read the walkthrough, it may help you understand where you're stuck

If I spend money on heists, and anything was to happen, I wouldn’t be seeing that money again even if I could easily replace it by paying some more and redoing it.

meaning how much time you have to spend and how much money will you get out of it...
Take coke lab, for example, the most profitable MC business, you'll have to do 4 supply missions, it will take you at least 45 mins, the profit out of it will be about 350K, but buying and fully upgrading a lab will cost you over 2 Million, so it will take you quite a while to break even and you'll have to grind your ass off

I prefer to do a cluckin' bell heist in the same time and grab a clean 500K profit without having to grind my ass off and also being at risk of being raided and loosing it all

Yeah the guy asked a question I gave my input. Running businesses free of charge will guarantee you make it back eventually. Key being eventually. As far as I know, cluckin’ bell is the only heist that doesn’t require payments but every other one does require you to keep paying. i tried to post the url, it was eaten. go to the MAIN ROCKSTAR GAMES WEBSITE, then GTA ONLINE, then scroll down to the very bottom and there's a big ole' button that sez "GIVE FEEDBACK" ... after i did this, i pressed "submit" and it did not work in the librewolf browser. maybe try another browser, maybe turn off ad blocking, maybe chuck your pc out the window and live in a small hut by the sea. the potentialities are as limited as your imagination.

was able to solve it by changing the hotkey to exit the vehicle to a different button and it worked. in case someone has a similar issue in the future

I need help: when the new enhanced version was launched I create a new profile and I keep playing on both the legacy and enhanced, and now I want to migrate my main profile to the enhanced but I don't know how to do it because I don't find the migration profile screen again (I'm on pc).
