a pc is the best because the hardware is specifically designed to be the best it can, a laptop might be worse because they have to shrink everything to fit, so preformace could be lost due to it being smaller

im on a 3070 and at abt 70-120 fps, max settings for almost everything, if I go full I average 60-80 fps

i turned shaders down to medium

and im on 1440p

then again cpu could change how good the cpu does so that could be why
