There is a few businesses I don't have yet I don't have agents of sabotage warehouse, autoshop, vehicle warehouse, no large warehouses, and no bail office. Those are the businesses I'm missing

Autoshop is a good one to have, vehicle and the other warehouses aren't such a good property, unless you really like grinding over and over the same boring sourcing missions.
Bail office is nice to have but not a must, not a great money making business, but it's good to have, at some point.
The garment factory is also a good one and gives you some other cool missions that make nice money and it's interesting for a while until you get bored of it, but it's always good to have, it also allows you to upgrade Terrobyte with MCT, which is much more practical than having it at the Arcade

I do like grinding alot gives me something to do while waiting for passive businesses to fill up so there's that but autoshop was next on my list so I might go that route

autoshop has also nice jobs that can fill in for when you're waiting

but I even prefer having salvage yard, garment factory and autoshop, and even bail office, to do those missions, which bring you higher money/time value than grinding hangar and warehouses over and over

my main money income comes from "big" jobs, like cayo, agency, vincent, then the passive businesses like nightclub and acid lab, which I just make sure to keep them working and selling whenever it's full

I plan on getting the rest eventually I just need to regain what I just spent

in between those, I can do a job here and there

but every job will get me over 100K in a few mins, anything that is below that, doesn't worth my time

I only grind a specific job whenever it's x2 or x3 week, like for example Franklin phone hits, which were x2 a few weeks ago

1 small warehouse is enough for nightclub, if you really want to grind them, then you need 5 big warehouses and continuously fill them, then wait for a x2 week and sell them all for big bucks, but that's VERY expensive and time consuming, so it will take you sooooo long to return the investment...

For me it works, even if it takes a long time to do so, because by then I can do other stuff, namely other business, Vincent, Cayo, Agency and so on

don't let it be too full, if some technicians are working on a certain good which is full, you're loosing money, if that happens assign the technician to some other stuff to do.
once you're over 1.1M you can sell, no need to wait till it's completely full

if one of them has an exclamation mark it means he cannot accrue more goods of the type he's assigned, so you need to assign to a different one, for example, if cash is full, assign him to accrue weed

if you only have 5 businesses, then sell, otherwise, while you wait for other businesses to fill in, those techicians aren't doing anything, so it's less money for you

they have some custom code that doesn't let you

you only can with older cars

limiting FPS is quite easy actually, if you're more for performance than for graphic quality, then you can tweak your graphics settings and reduce the FPS so it will be high enough but not TOO high

you need to find the balance, sometimes making some adjustments will help, I mean, I don't see why would you need more than 120 FPS in this game

there are a few settings that have direct impact in FPS, so if you amp them up a bit, it will reduce FPS, if you take them down it will increase, and so on

depends on how underpowered your hardware is and how much more demanding the game will actually be

if you can play legacy smoothly and the actual requirements don't change much then you'll be fine but you probably won't be able to use all the new gimmicks

Full supplies is definitely a nightmare for a soloist or someone wanting less vehicles. I don’t own a bunker but I think it’s similar in that you do one steal mission and are guaranteed up to two sell vehicles.
I never spend money on something I can do for free but if you can pay in increments, then it should work the same.

you can do every single mission solo except that 4 Dune buggies one

there's one that requires you to drive one-by-one insurgents and fight merryweather but that one gives you 45 minutes instead of 22:30 and you can do that solo too

I never bother trying to do the Insurgents with 15 drops. With 3 drops, they are easy, especially if you job warp with an AA trailer.

Even the Marshall off-roaders are not really worth the trouble.

the marshalls can have a pretty good set of drop off locations if you have the chumash bunker tbh
