I suspect you have to do the First Dose missions (which gives you the Brickade) to unlock the Freakshop and the setup mission to steal the lab equipment. If you just buy a Brickade, you would probably just have a Brickade, not an Acid Lab.

I need help. I was falsely banned on GTA Online. I haven't played the game for a couple of months as I was out of the country during that time. But a couple of days later, I came to play some GTA Online and my account got banned and reset. I have never modded or glitched and I just randomly got banned. Whenever I send Rockstar a support message, I always get the response something along the lines of "You can't appeal a ban." It's starting to piss me off because I have poured thousands of hours into the game just for it to be thrown away for no reason at all.
