The MK1 is the most fun vehicle I own and can be lethal in the hands of a professional (which I am not) but the missiles require bunker research. Both vehicles need an MOC/Avenger with built-in garage to do any upgrades. Neither can take more than one missile, both are boosted, one can fly.

So i have 2 guys that already completed tier 4 challenge for the 50 million so they let me and another friend take 50/50
