After trying several other things, this is probably the best, quickest and most efficient use of businesses and heists combined. Sell Bunker Extra Goods. Do AutoShop Vehicle Repair and sell with Staff, always. Send your Bail Office Agents on work, 2 per 48mins. MC Clubhouse Motorcycle delivery. Do CEO Vehicle Warehouse Source. Collect all your Safes - Arcade, Agency, MC Clubhouse, Salvage Yard, Bail Office, Garment Factory, Nightclub. Buy supplies for all your businesses + Bunker and make sure the stock is full. Fill up your Nightclub Warehouse and Popularity. Send your CEO Warehouse technicians to source goods. This will pretty much be your passive income. While you're waiting for cooldown on those things, if they have one, you can set up Cayo and Casino.
You should be able to make quite a bit of cash really quick through this method and you don't even need to register as MC Pres or CEO, unless you're resupplying your businesses or doing CEO source.
If you've got some spare time, you can throw in Payphone hits in there as well.
