There's 1 extra thumbprint in the scanner puzzle. If there's an actual difference in "difficulty" beyond that, it's indiscernible. 10% in primary and an extra 50k for elite.

You other option besides the Garment Factory is Auto Shop. Their missions are similar in scope but there is more variety in Auto Shop. Most of the robberies pay less but one of them pays much more. The two best ones will make you about 480 in 40 or less.

But, I try to engage them in other heists, particularly casino, Doomsday and apartment heists.
