After that cooldown you get a message from Pavel. That message gives you the window of 48 minutes to pay the set up fee again for hardmode

The timer passes even if you're offline

hey guys, is the insurgent pick up custom a good solo vehicle for using in missions?
I mean, the weapon on the roof is irrelevant for solo playing, I'm asking about all the rest, I like it because it's a strong vehicle, high, good in offroad, quite sturdy and it does offer "some" bullets protection, mostly because of the angle, it's harder for NPCs to snipe you inside of it.

the question is if it allows you to shoot from within it while driving, or throwing stickies if you put the full armor cover or it limits you, like the nightshark?
