If you go to your office computer, you can find special vehicle work related to the special vehicles. It's unlocked by sourcing cars and completing these missions gives you the trade prices for the special vehicles

you need to complete one first contract, and then, once you done it, you can always pick any job, then go out, call Sessanta, cancel it and get back in, until the union depository appears on the board, you can do it a few times until you get it.
It's actually the shortest one, easiest, and pays most money, only if you're bored I'd recommend doing all of them once, but for money making I wouldn't do anything except UD contract
