The sparrow is faster than both the buzzard and the mk2. Iirc both opmk2 and buzzard top at around 120mph (not counting mk2 boost), while the sparrow can reach about 140mph

Plus for missions, the sparrow unlimited missiles and fast spam are way more useful than the mk2 imo

Yeah it may be bigger but you can always find a landing zone in and around your objective area

And if you need to switch to a diff vehicle, you can always bail out and parachute in

Deluxo is quite useless compared to the mk2, people don't like it because of it being a futuristic bike, it's because its useful it's super quick and one if not the best vehicle to grind on, its easy to use and easy to park anywhere compared to the sparrow or deluxo which is wayyy slower

Once you get past the tunnel the guards are scripted to be alerted. Simply sneak your way past the opening section, kill the guard in the tunnel, and the first 1 or 2 in the room right after the tunnel. After that the script kicks in and you have to shoot the juggernaut anyway so stealth is a moot point. Getting to that point will get you the elite challenge.

That's a main benefit imo

Allows you to source and sell goods for all your businesses such as ceo cargo, mc businesses or your bunker and hanger

Allowing you to source and sell from 1 location instead of having to drive all the way to the businesses. However you can also get the upgrade in the terrorbyte if you have the new darnell bros business (which is better but doesn't really justify the 2.3m for the business itself)

Hakuchou drag is the fastest bike with good handling but if you want a better handling then go for shotaro
And for cars I don't know which one to say best but in my personal opinion I like the emerus, neo and XA-21, all have good handling and speed even in the snow.

What are the best ways to help new players? I'm getting to the point where I've done everything I want to do solo grinding (I mean I own all the businesses except the submarine for cayo and have 50 million GTA dollars)

You'll fail in the first point because the current meta with Cayo will throw you back from the majority of newbies. Get decent knowledge about Cayo before you start helping others.

But if you still want to help here's some things you can do.

1. Help them to complete dax missions.
2. Help them with Vincent.
3. Probably let them introduce to Lester so they can call him to get rid of cops.
