If you play with your friends then get an arcade so you can start casino heist with your friends. Otherwise upgrade your nightclub, get the MC businesses (cocaine,meth, counterfeit cash for now) and upgrade them.
On the other hand if you want to invest in some vehicles then get the terrorbyte and mk2.

if you don't know, you can call your sparrow from the interaction menu. Service Vehicles > Kosatka > Request Vehicle. It'll spawn right next to you on most of the map and is very good at getting you around.
