Comet s2 is in tuners, cabrio isnt , s2 has weird engine flags that make it slower than cabrio

A few days ago I was hanging around the golf course on gta and there was 3 under the golf course with 2 of em having bounties and they just kept on killing players nearby and cars started to glitch out spawning in thin air and crashing into each other it was so bad 3 buses spawned right behind each other and cars would spawn on top of cars and they all freaking out bc of the shooting or what not and one of the ppl under the map died and they instantly got teleported back under the golf course right after it was chaotic

Okay, I don't think anything can be done about this, but I figured I'd ask just in case. So, I have trouble unlocking Packie for the Casino heist.

Basically what happened is...this one time I logged onto gtao to find out that my arcade completely reset for some reason and needed to be setup again. (I had hosted multiple casino heists at that point and had Packie unlocked.)

Anyways, I set it up again, I buy the upgrades, I set up the Casino heist again and I find out that Packie got locked again.

So, I basically have the Police van random event completed, but Packie is still locked and I still see the van every once in a while but can't do anything with it. Any suggestions if a fix is even possible? I doubt R* support will be of help here
