I'd set a countdown for 5 minutes and 15 seconds. For PS, you'll press X until the rings are completely full. As you press the X while it's full, press RT and RB at the same time and hold them down. The ring should remain full while you hold all 3 down. Start the countdown timer. The extra 15 seconds is a cushion to make sure it did or did not work.
