i still had no idea what i was doing, but after going like 30-0 against a griefing crew i just thought to ask "hey i really suck at this, can you guys teach me"

On paper, a faster turnaround seems like a good thing but the reality is that since the cars get salvaged even while offline, you won't be able to keep up. I can't speak about the contracts because I've never done them but the tow truck basically guarantees payment. When Jamal texts you about the vehicle's owner, they almost never show up unless you wait for them to spawn and even if the police get called, they don't seize the truck so all you need to do is avoid their cone of vision, lose them and proceed like normal. Easy cash that's meant to go alongside your other money making methods.
