I'll mention it:

1. It got 5 chassis modification.
2. The exhaust have lesser option but there's a new exhaust which is Dual Big Bore.
3. The front mudguard only have 2 customization which is Bevelled and Saddled.
4. Last one is the Top Box modification, where its very different from the Acid lab version.

So I set it to 0 to just use the regular ram

The game didn't even load

you cant make them match that is the problem. These timings are based on how the ram internally works and the internall data handling delays. One of your ram does operate faster internally and the other slower which when dual channel multitasking comes into effect causes desynchronizaton which is balanced out with delays

so no nothing to do other than to replace the other old one with another identical new one

Nope, but you are probably the only one upgrading weapons to MKII for no reason...
If you're not planning to use special magazines, MKII don't make the weapon better, it will only slightly improve a little bit (IMHO unnoticeable) to damage and range, but in many cases reduces fire rate, like in special carbine or MG.
I think the only ones that worth considering special ammo are the sniper and the shotgun, both with explosive rounds, sniper for remote and shotgun for blowing up cars and NPCs at mid range because it's simply fun
