This is a bug that's been in the casino heist since it released. There's no genuine fix for it kicking you out in the mantrap, although letting the host go first and then running side by side is the most consistent way of not getting kicked from my own experience and several people on several forums

I say this to everyone asking about the salvage yard. It isn't for everyone. If you're the kind of player who plays the game just for the money then I don't think you'd make much use of it but if you want something different to do, the tow truck guarantees payment even if the police come after you. They don't seize the truck so all you gotta do is avoid their cone of vision and come back once you've lost them. The contracts never interested me so I don't ever plan on doing those but it works on the side on top of whatever other money making methods you have.
