I'd say save for the Acid Lab, which is $750,000 and is a good starter business for new players. To do these missions, go Sandy Shores, near where Trevor lives and find a mission with the letter R (for Ron) on it, and then once you complete this mission, you can then do Dax's mission which are located under the highway connections south of the casino. Once you complete these 6 missions you gain access to purchasing the acid lab van/bus and the best part, earn a free super car (Ocelot Virtue) worth around 2.98 million. I think you can sell it for only mid $300,000 but still, amazing car.

Just to add, the resupplying is easy. Just steal a box from a spillage incident. And for selling, just drive your delivery bike around for 20 minutes on a closed server.

You can also resupply your van by finding G-Caches too which I think you have do a Gerald mission for, maybe. Couldn't tell you for that one

Nope there's no need to do a Gerald mission. The g-caches gives money and snacks. To resupply ur acid lab for free u need to do hideouts. A purple home image with a target. If u don't own smthin else the supplies will go to ur acid lab

If you have other businesses its best to call to resupply your Acid before doing a hideout as the supplies you get are worth more going to other businesses

Personal preference really. I never was interested in the contracts so location never mattered but if you already have a stable source of income then it probably could be skipped even though I think it couldn’t hurt to have money coming in on the side.
