While there is a prep to steal the cutter from the construction site, I would always go for the one with a puny construction site, and not the towering one. That site in particular has a ramp acessable for vehicles. That way I can drive the armored kuruma and gun down the guards easy than slowly sneaking to get the cutting torch

I did my method of Cayo compound by just going to the left than the right, sneak past the guards, snipe the guard at the exit, sneak past the guards in the house, but wait for the bodyguard to leave the house, go to the office, steal safe, get into fingerprint locker, steal stuff, then go back the way I came, and whether I'm caught or not, just bolt it to the exit. One time a guard spotted me as I opened the gate and the dude was like
