So I got the hangar instead of the agency and so far I'm fine with it. There is a land source mission, but instead of using the truck, offered by the mission, I just call my armored kuruma or the sparrow chopper to fly to my desired destination. And if there's expected to be a shootout, I summon the kuruma and safely gun down enemies. Basically turned the land missions into unofficial air missions
