Not the armored Paragon R that you get as a bonus award - it has machine guns, and you cannot buy a copy of another player's weaponized vehicle at the LSCM. I tested this for someone the other day. You can bring weaponized vehicles into the LSCM, but the other player will not get a prompt to buy it.

if you're experienced I'd start with the kosatka+sparrow with 4 mil so you can grind cluckin/cayo and while you wait for cooldown you can do other stuff like first/last dose for acidlab/car. Then the order of other businesses is kind of up to you and what you like to do. Agency/salvage yard/bunker/mc biz...

personally i like the bati (w/bulletproof tires) for a lot of setups

The only two guys I kill when I'm too lazy to hack the fingerprint in Rubio's office are the one standing near the stairs, and the one coming down from office until he stands on the balcony, that's where I kill him, by hitting him from the back with the pistol (R key)
When I do it, I make sure the guys below aren't close as they may hear it

Nightclub 100% it'll pay for itself relatively quickly. You don't have to setup the other businesses for the NC to start working - just hire the 5 employees through the NC computer and don't worry about weed/doc forgery. Then Sell when you hit at least $1mil (Tony takes 10% and caps at 1M, so anything more is tax-free profit).

That's basically all you need to know to get up and running

Implementing a female lead is obviously a marketing strategy to appeal to certain groups which ultimately can increase sales, and get more money. They just disregarded the orignal fans who stuck up all along for a bunch of extra bucks I guess. I am not against female leads, but in GTA, implementing them doesn’t align with a realstic narrative and feeds into delusion.
