I'd still say vehicle warehouse isn't bad, if you take advantage of the 32 car method for collection cars instead of just selling top range cars (10 standard cars/10 mid). There's a fair bit of setup upfront, but the best collection pays you $320K, and then each car delivered gives the player that delivered it an additional 50k (associate bonus) Just started a group to focus only on selling that top collection amongst the 4 of us, so 4 sell missions would net $520k each. I still prefer that to running a slew of MC sell missions.
You need 4 players to sell it though. There's better options for solo players these days.

I always solo sell full bunkers but only with the Phantom Wedges or Insurgents with 3 destinations total. You lose only 3% of stock declining the other delivery vehicles.

I managed to get to a point I purchased OPMKII within one week, and I don't play every day, only mainly on weekends
as soon as you make first and last dose you already have a functioning acid lab, and if you combined fooliganz jobs as soon as you get to freakshop and can start doing them, you get to 10 jobs quite fast and can upgrade lab.
hitting stash house once a day will fully supply your lab so you won't even have to spend time nor money and you're making free money, it's 351K for fully upgraded lab, after renaming your product to whatever name you can chose from list
then you throw in a couple of cluckin bell raids and you get to a couple of millions and buy kosatka, then you can start making big bucks, then after a couple of days you buy agency, that's it, you're on a roll
I'm now after 3 weeks with almost 10M of profit, still haven't bought anything else, I have kosatka/sparrow, agency, vincent, and armored kuruma

Yeah, I did it with the Gerald mission "Pier Pressure." It probably took 2-3 hours at least, whereas maxing stealth by walking around in stealth mode while watching TV irl probably took 40 min or so. I heard someone say you can get on a bus and stomp on it to increase strength quickly (that it would be the same as hitting all of the passengers) (but it seems like you get a 1-star wanted level after a short while, at least in free-roam). Years ago, people said you could punch a car to increase strength if another player were in it.

You can actually punch a car with a friend in it to upgrade strength
I just randomly punched pedestrians while running all over the place when doing missions or free roaming. Eventually got it maxed pretty quick. I think its 1% every 10 punches or so

a bus works better with ppl in it, idk if its like this in online too but i know that in story mode if you dont look at the bus and walk away a little bit, peds spawn in the bus that dont leave making it way faster
