i would recommend you search for Casino or Cayo Heist, when you do any other Heist, they'll ask you to do the Setups with them too

You need the cheap apartment that comes with the criminal enterprise dlc. 1561 San Vitus St.

First what you will want to do is go to the bed wearing whatever single head item you want. You’ll notice that item doesn’t come back on when you get up from the bed

Now walk out of the room, put on whatever second head item you want like a mask, and then drink the beer bottle on the counter! Both items will spawn on your head but you need to very quick turn around and hit the wardrobe in the bedroom to save your outfit. That’s why you need this apartment.

Repeat this for a 3rd item if wanting after saving the outfit. I’ll post proof it worked in #gta media
