you need to do 10 fooligan missions, which pay 50k each, in order to fullt upgrade the acid lab anyway so its at its best

then after that just the 10 fooligan jobs by calling dax and youll get the acid lab equipment upgrade

u can also just enter at the bottom, find an undercover police car, blow it up and drive out straight away, you don't need to go all the way to the top and go through the pain of stashing the acid to get the cops on you

just blow up one of the uc cars and u will get the cops on you, drive back out of the garage, lose the cops and u get ur new sale mission
