Call Dax after completing the first dose missions and complete 10 of his missions (which have a 48min cool down and give you 50k pay) and you'll unlock the upgrade for the acid lab which is when you'd want to buy one if you can

So you'd want to buy supplies while doing Dax missions, Dax will give you about 50k per missions complete and supplies will run you about 75k if you're completely dry so it'd be an out of pocket 25k which is better and you'll make a profit

I wouldn't go for the vehicle cargo until after getting a Kosatka, it's fun to do but your profit per vehicle stolen is only 80k not including damage fee to the car on top of it taking about 5-10 minutes depending which car you source

For the sake of the challenge, and to kill some boredom, I'm about to start a character and use only what game gives, as you know, criminal starter pack gives some things for free, properties, cars, weapons, etc.
So at the beginning I'll only make money using the free stuff as well as the immediate ways for making money, like stash houses, G-caches, Cluckin' Bell Raid, Dax missions, etc.
After I make a couple of millions this way, I can then buy kosatka and start making more money, then agency and that's it.

What other business would you recommend to buy next? I don't want to have them ALL and just looking for whatever will make it fun and not only profitable, given that I already have the main source of income with those three that I can farm and get a few mil each day?

Cayo start up money you can get back from island itself, when scoping out, there are two buried stashes and hidden treassures, each one gives you 25K, so there you have your 100K back
