It alright people get confused on this kinda thing because sometimes rockstar will put cars in different manufactures that are not same as the real life version.
For example, the Kuruma is under the Karin company which is a parody of Toyota, but the car itself is based off of a Mitsubishi lancer, which it more senses that the car should be under Maibatsu, because that’s a parody of Mitsubishi. But I think the reason why rockstar didn’t go for it is because it just doesn’t roll off the tongue.
That and sometimes rockstar actually combined 2 vehicles to make a complete new one

Well land vehicles I'd say anything armored or weaponized would be good, I know things like the plasma cutter are combat intensive and I've beed decked even on my Mk2 flying in and swooping it up

I also lost my mk2 that way, after I got decked it landed right beside a vehicle that was on fire and uhh yeah one thing lead to another I got caught in that explosion so I died twice and lost my Mk2

I fired a volley of missiles, swooped in and got decked by a stay bullet, then as result of that volley my oppressor exploded from another vehicle that didn't explode but caught fire

And then that vehicle exploded right as I hopped back on my mk2 after death

mk2 is small so and it sometimes when landing on kpsatka it falls and we have to call the mmi while sparrow, it’s weak but it can be put inside the kosatka

A way around the Mk2 falling into the water you can just beach the nose of the Kosatka so it won't roll but your Mk2 won't fall into the ocean almost every time

If you just land the Mk2 flatly on the Kosatka it won’t fall over no matter what

Plus every little bit counts especially selling public with a friend watching your back, I’ve made 3 mil on a single sell so I can safely say I’ve already made back the money I spent on the doc forge and weed

I do think it's good to have all of them, coke, meth and weed, as well as acid lab, because they give you a nice and easy way for income, by selling to street dealers, it only takes you like 5 minutes to visit them all three once a day, you make between 250-300K a day just for selling to them, and it's a much easier way to get rid of your stuff rather than those darn sell missions

that's why I also use weed instead of cash in nightclub, because when I have a cash factory active, sometimes the stash house (which I strongly recommend also visiting daily) will fill in the cash factory, and then, if you get stock there, the only way to get rid of it is by selling, and those are the worst of all sell missions!

you buy special carbine, and upgrade it on a weapon workshop.
You don't even have to buy a workshop for that, the freakshop has one for free if you completed Dax first dose
But keep this in mind, the MKII weapons worth upgrading ONLY if you have bunker and used research for unlocking parts. Without those special parts and ammunition, MKII weapons are not better than the original version, sometimes even worse, for example in special carbine, fire rate goes a bit down in terms of time to kill and bullets per second

The only thing that makes them better is the additional upgrades available in MKII version, but if you don't have them all unlocked for the specific weapon you're wanting to upgrade, don't waste your money in upgrading it at all.
