Bunker is more solo friendly but requires a lot of afk/waiting

the bunker sell missions got buffed with extra 7.5 minutes, but don't count on that for any mission, there are some that are still too challenging to do solo.
I just had two (not four) fucking slow ass buggies to deliver 5 boxes each, and they're placed in far locations and very separated from each other, add to it the fucking korean gang chasing you and shooting at you and bashing you which takes some time to deal with, and I didn't make it, after delivering 5 locations with one buggy, I've left with less than 10 minutes, and I need to fly to the bunker to take the second one, so it's impossible to do...
I just selected a new session and started over, this time I've got two insurgents with single location each, that's doable...

What i meant was there are total 3 vehicles, a small van, a large van and a big truck.
Depend on on the number of crates and your stock you get the vehicle but it's always just 1 sale vehicle.
If the stock is too low you gonna get small van which is fastest, for a bit more amount you will get the bigger van and then comes the truck.
You can even sell the full nightclub warehouse and still get just 1 truck to sell

And yes you need to buy those vehicles first to make those sale missions

Also you can upgrade them like you can install armor/engine/brake upgrades n stuff. The kind of stuff you do with other vehicles install the performance upgrades to make it faster

And no need to install armor plating or defensive stuff on those vehicles cuz you won't get attacked in those and you won't need them much, (i have those upgrades and regret it cuz they weren't required)

As of now you don't need to do research with bunker so just assign staff to manufacturing

And those are almost useless all of those businesses until you have staff and equipment upgrades

Honestly you won't use any of those other than bunker and salvage yard ig even after getting tjose upgrades so I'd say if you wanna buy upgrades just do it for bunker cuz it's nice

And for salvage yard do 1 or 2 robberies that are nice too and if you have tow truck, do a tow truck mission at least every 2 hrs so it will keep your Salvage yard safe income decent

And once you have some more money get the kosatka or agency to make more money (those are best ways to make money)

the only reason to source supplies is to unlock some names for your acid products... there are some challenges you need to complete for that, but if you don't care, any available name you see that is not the default will increase your acid value in 5%

and then if you do also 10 fooliganz jobs it unlocks lab upgrade

but if you do 20 it will unlock some other things

the last name in list, the coolest one, requires that you unlock all challenges

selling for 1M in total, 20 fooliganz jobs, 10 resupply missions, etc

when you just start your lab, unless you're already rich, it's not worthy to buy supplies as the money you make from product and the production to supplies ratio are very low

only when you have a fully upgraded lab and with a other than default product name you'll earn the most, which is 351K
