Any high end apartment. And if you want to access customization options that are usually locked or if you want to do the Union Depository then yes to the auto shop. I never customize my cars and don't feel the need to get it myself but the option is there if you want it.

Your profile on ps4 does not get deleted during migration. You need to load up ps4 version online first then open the ps5 version to start the migration process

Technically they are next gen (atleast ps5) as they are the newest console on the market, ps4 is current gen and ps3 is past gen. Now why Rockstar treats PC as current is beyond my understanding.
