I have them for two reasons:

1. For NC passive money making via technicians
2. As a byproduct, having some stuff to sell to street dealers, which can shield 250k-400k a day by just spending literally 5 mins a day visiting all three of them.
   I only have green stuff, blue stuff and white stuff, I don't use cash factory because even if they say it makes more money than grass in nightclub, it doesn't have this side hustle and eventually it can get full of stock and selling that one is a nightmare or can get you raided.

and the acid lab of course

every day, visiting stash house will get one of them resupplied for free, and then I buy supplies for the rest of them.
I return the supplies investment in the first day, the other two consecutive days are total profit, so yeah, it's about 500K profit without doing much

stab city, it is indeed a challenging one, but there are ways to make it easier, if you have a Kuruma, or even the duke o'death, and a pistol, you can shoot at the barrels next to each one of those assets you need to blow up and it makes 80% of the mission

Depends on the situation. For example, for the Bombuska, you can use the M interaction menu to open and close doors, such as the cargo bay door. Just too bad you can no longer drive the Gruppe Sechs van in and airlift it.

I hate time trials, I never managed to get even close to finish it in time. People will say "skills" but I'm not that bad, I don't know how to make a vehicle to go faster than what the vehicle gives. I'm driving flawlessly, not crashing, not sliding, not breaking, and still late, not in one or two seconds but 20-30 seconds, sometimes more.
I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I gave up on those a long time ago

So yes, maybe it's skills when to take turns in the circuit, but all others left me dust right at the beginning, when it's a straight line and all you have to do is simply drive fast from pole position, what skills do you need to simply press "w" and drive forward??
In that short distance before any curves, they all left me dust, how the heck??

My guess is that it is 50% damage to the original health bar. So, if you use a snack that replenishes your health by 10% five times during the same mission (assuming you’ve taken 50% damage). Even though you would technically be back to 100%, you have taken 50% damage.
