Personally, i’d say agency in terms of making money. NC is also good but you need to own other businesses in order for the NC to make money.

Agency lets you play VIP Contract (DrDre), Security contacts, payphone hits.

Dre pays 1 million, security contracts anywhere between 30-70k, payphone hits 45k

i eeven did it on my second character just to unlock the thermal scope for the sniper

i did it on a week when agency contracts were on 2x money so id just go back and forth between bunker and agency for hours

the agency contracts offset the high price of fast tracking research.. altho not entirely it definitely helped

There's also bunker research missions. You call Agent 14 from your phone, go and kill the juggernaught somewhere, and deliver the item pick-up to your bunker. Should give 40 or 50%. And has a cooldown

there are 2 motorcycles so if u mess up once at least u get a second try

the slow safe strategy was get to the place where the big concert party was and then swim north to where theres like a lighthouse all u need to do is avoid 1 guard and the rest is easy but its a lot of walking and a lot of swimming probably takes an extra 10 minutes or so

i found the 3 missions again and then did the studio thing with Dre and Andersaan Paak but the only rewards i got were like 8-10k per mission, was there something i missed?

recover valuables is by far the easiest imo
its simple and consistent and once u get the hang of it its super easy
second I think is gang elimination if u have a sparrow u can often do the whole thing by just holding A and spamming missles.. maybe land to kill the last guy
after thst its liquidize assets, trick is if u go to ammunatipn and look at armor it skips the part where u need to follow the guy, and second tip is to lose the cops at the end just go into ur terrorbyte

the yohan missions take about 5 min, 20 min cooldown.. u get small pay and also some money innthe nc basement
