the first couple of weeks I did all the robberies to simply return my investment, so the first three I did on Wednesday and the other new three vehicles in thursday, and that's it, not doing any robberies unless is a keeper, and it still sitting there and generating totally passive 250 bucks every in game day, just for doing nothing...

I also bought the arcade for the master control center and I also filled it with the same arcade games (one comes for free, the other one is the cheapest 90K game), so this generates me also a totally passive 5K each in game day...
that may not sound too much, but I don't care, I bought those for another purpose, so every dollar they make it's a bonus for me as I'm not counting on it nor working for it at all

I've spent less than an hour doing my daily round of business "chores" and I've already made almost 400K from effortless passive stuff like visiting all the business, taking cash, selling to street dealers, kicking trouble makers from NC, selling mixed goods, excessive weapons parts, etc, etc.

• earn a ton with nightclub delivery missions
• pretty big garage
  But you need a few mc businesses and probably a hangar for the nightclub

and the nightclub costs way more to set up
