Progress through Research items until you unlock the "Oppressor Missile" upgrade.
Visit a Weapon Workshop to purchase and install missiles for $180,000.

Once installed, your Oppressor Mk I will be armed with homing missiles ready to lock onto targets!

The default capacity is 20 missiles before needing to be restocked. This can be increased later by researching higher capacity upgrades.

Auto shop can be good too, but you’ll end up getting two characters who are pretty annoying and will take some cut from your pay (which is pretty average)
