I used to do exactly the same all the time, after the price nerf/guards buff to the heist, and lately, I sometimes get caught because a body was found, and it didn't happen to me after adapting to the new way of doing it.
For example, there are three guards that you can take down safely, one is the guy that goes from the main office building stairs towards that little gate towards the compound main entrance, the other guy at the bottom of the stairs, and the one that is coming down stairs from office, those three, the "personal security guards" with the red vision cone, were always safe to take down, after the buff, but now, sometimes I get caught.
The only reason I take them down is because they generally drop the gate keys, and it's faster than hacking 3 fingerprints (hard mode)

It's the guard who walks back and forth towards the main gate. Kill him at the 2nd spot he stops at going towards the gate. Before that, the jugg will see the body. After that, sometimes the guard who spawns by the car after you take the primary will see the body.

Being near properties doesn’t really mean anything on account of the fact that you’re always on the move anyway and unless you have the arcade, warehouse and shop worked into your routine I don’t think moving is the play.
My businesses are all over the map because of travel time. The longer I spend traveling to each business the less time I need to waste in the sell mission.
