office or CEO is useful for general passives during the open world like their exclusive version of off rador for almost 3 min, also you can do some heists/missions with the great perk of your friends getting fully healed so long as they snap to cover near you

as for businesses, they're NOT as good as some others unless either its double money OR you know what you're doing as sourcing cars you need to know how to exploit high end cars and crates you just sit on them and wait until double money with large warehouses. also THE FUCKING LEG WORK WILL KILL YOU'RE THIGHES!!!

seriously filling up a large warehouse with 111 crates and if you do it yourself its AT MAX 3 at a time PER mission give or take asking someone there to source a crate every in game day and usually its 1 or 2 to speed things up

if its your special ammo that keeps vanishing its the old ammo bug and you have to hard reset your ammo types if it's the new ammo bug that ONLY affects your assault rifles then all you have to do is just grab the new assault rifle from the police heist for the auto shop and have it in your inventory as a quick fix

fire some ammo from each to confirm that ammo was used up
force a save by changing outfit
go back to story mode

if ammo is working formally buy full ammo and server hop to confirm ammo stays in inventory
if it saved you fixed the bug FOR NOW and can put special ammo back on your guns

research has a few ways to complete:

1. Calling agent 14 and ask for a research job. Those are quite fun, it will take you 6 of those to fully complete one research bar, there's a 20 mins cooldown between those jobs.
2. Setting your personnel to work on research. You have no control of what they're working on, you'll only know what was unlocked once it's unlocked. You can't decide which one is next. It's a total passive thing. Also, you need to make sure you always have supplies for it to work.
3. Pay a ton of money for doing fast track research.

last week I was doing mainly research jobs and set the team to manufacturing, because of the bonuses, now that we don't have double, I just set my staff to research as the money is not so good when manufacturing and I prefer to invest time and money on other more profitable things

I resupply from time to time, and the unlocks happen here and there, I don't invest much time in bunker.
Once all research are done, I move it to manufacturing and stop resupplying.
From time to time, a stash house will resupply bunker, in that case, I'll wait till it finishes manufacturing, sell and get back to my stuff.

Can anyone explain need to me? Running 5 businesses out of the nightclub is efficient but I don't understand why people say you need it. Aside from your property expenses, the nightclub doesn't lose you any money as far as I could tell.

The nightclub “loses” you money if you don’t have the 5 other businesses because the nightclub generates money to your underground storage for your “nightclub sales” ONLY if you have said businesses and technicians assigned to them. If you simply buy the nightclub, upgrade its staff and all that, you’ll be a few mill down with NO WAY to make that up aside from the “safe income”. Which, in comparison to your sales is really low. It’s gotten “better”, as I believe now it’s like a few hundred thousand in the nightclub safe, but as opposed to the couple million you could be earning with you sales it’s like night and day. You COULD make up your money for you upgrades via just the passively generated income over time, but it’s so slow without businesses that you might as well be losing money.

It's way more efficient, I'll give you that. But if I choose not to upgrade anything, I haven't put anything into it aside from the initial purchase. I chose to run three from the beginning selling anywhere between 30 and 40 thousand but if it's just a time thing, I can kinda see why people would want to speed up the process. let me try to help and change your life.
it's very easy, W is for throttle, meaning propeller going faster, thus, more speed, S is the opposite.
A and D control the tail right and left, it will make the airplane turn left or right in a rotation motion.
then you have the numpad keys where 5 and 8 move the nose up and down respectively. Then you have 4 and 6 that will tilt the airplane left and right.
For a sharp turn you can use 4 or 6 and then 8 or 5 for nose up and down.
With a bit of practice you'll get it in no time.
Just grab a plane from some airport and practice with it.

And don't forget to always lift up landing gear as soon as you're airborne with G as it will slow you down if you leave the wheels out

3. While holding w make plane go to space with 5
4. once you are high keep holding w and fly to your destination

If you have most or all of the other businesses (Special Cargo + Vehicle Warehouse/s and most or all of the MC Businesses as well as a Hangar and Nightclub), that's where it really shines for business management.

Other than that, it doesn't serve much purpose aside from being a main hub for you to consolidate and manage most of your businesses as it does not gain as much passive income as a Nightclub, Salvage Yard, or an Agency with 201 Security Contracts done. It's just 5k every 48 minutes and up to 100k max capacity

You can't solo the Casino Heist so if you wanna do that, you need your friend with you. The heist itself adds another good avenue for money making, but not being able to do it solo could be considered a con 🙂

Its beyond a pain in the ass when I have to handle a jet just to find out I have nothing to use

I noticed it’s mainly anything Explosive related ammo and it happens every time I start a new session it’s annoying

RPG ammo vanishing seems to be really common

and that sale drop glitch happened to me twice when selling full warehouses

I don’t know what seems to trigger the glitch

Sometimes I get the same mission and I complete it with no issues

some people suspect its the time between each drop that causes it

I thought it was because I did it too quickly but I tested that as well

Didn’t make a difference when I tried it it’s just a matter of luck

That didnt trigger it when I did it, I always press it once and once only

There were times I only pushed it once and the glitch triggered and times I spammed it and it drops

They should change the mission to where you land the plane once at an airstrip and fight enemies like the Cuban planes
