Refer to GTAWeb.eu for the locations and recheck em. You should have 7 static locations and 3 in a van for the total 10. Each of the vans can have 3 spawn points but they're all within the same area

I keep getting spotted by the guards somehow in the cayo perico heist whenever I go to loot the shed at the main dock. I'm following tgg's most recent guide where he loots the hangar and then goes to the compound.

The issue I'm running into is that there hasn't been enough stuff in the hangar to fill my loot bag all the way so I go to the main dock and loot what they have there but I keep getting seen somehow while looting.

Then I can't get elite as a result

If you have the guided missile station, you can also down the chopper with a missile (easiest from Elysian Island, which is where your Kosatka spawns if you start a new session after scoping on Gather Intel) to fail the prep quickly.

depends... I bought it back then on previous character with all the upgrades, too expensive, not the best money making business, only three robberies a week, which take quite a long time to complete and shield less than 1M.
Towing cars for salvaging is fun at first, but I grew tired of it after a few days.
On a new character, I only bought the yard a couple of weeks ago when it was at a discount, no upgrades, no add-ons, only for being able to do the robberies. I did the robberies of two weeks which returned my investment

then I only wait for cars that I can keep, which haven't been available since that one time a few weeks ago

It definitely isn't for everyone. For me, I knew from the beginning that I was never going to do any of the contracts but being able to tow cars was what sold me on the yard. It was never meant to be a primary source of income the way the nightclub is for me but it is a few extra dollars here and there.

Warehouses on double money weeks on them like this upcoming one are def worth it. Usually just not grinded as they are active businesses that actually require you to spend money to fill them up

18k for 3 crates of cargo that you source yourself and you can do so every few minutes. And if you want to be a bit more passive, you just pay a warehouse technician to source crates for you and they can bring back 1 to 3 crates for 7.5k.

During the sourcing downtime, you can do VIP Work, a Payphone Hit, Security Contract, Tow Truck Service... Something that can pay you back for the work you did.

I never did the source missions, only paid the staff to get the cargo…. Earned 22mil the last time it went on 2x pay, earned 22mil this week… totally worth it

I only do cargo this week because it's x2, generally I don't do it, because as @late marsh says, it's a lot of work, and I hate grinding over and over the same thing...
I also send my staff to source cargo for me, but that takes ages... unless you bought a few warehouses, which is a huge investment to begin with and the ROI there is VERY slow
